Professional Fees

Your private insurance, student insurance or provincial health plan may cover some or all of these professional fees.

We are unable to accept ODSP/Ontario Works (MCSS) coverage at this time.

Student Exams
  • Student exam $125
  • Student w/contacts $145
Adult Exams
  • Adult exam $145
  • Adult w/contacts $165
Youth & Seniors
  • Senior (65+) – covered*
  • Child/Youth (0-19) – covered*
Imaging $50+ and CL fitting fees are not covered by OHIP and are charged separately.
Contact Lens Fitting
  • Included with contact lens exam
  • Standalone fit at $75 (without exam, with outside prescription)
  • Multifocal and advanced fit fees quoted at time of service
  • First time wearers must complete training (add $55)
Eye Health Concerns
  • Many eye health concerns are covered by OHIP
  • If uninsured, $75 (includes follow-up visit if needed)

* Covered once per benefit year (kids) and once every 18 months (seniors) with valid OHIP coverage. Additional fee applies for contact lens wearers and for imaging.
