We offer the guaranteed lowest price on all major brands of contact lenses:
- Ciba Vision/Alcon
- Bausch & Lomb
- Johnson & Johnson
Many contact lenses are in-stock and available for same-day pick-up (valid, unexpired contact lens prescription required). Some product requires up to 5-day lead time (toric lenses) or longer (custom made-to-order lenses).
Contact lens orders will not be placed until paid in full.
If you need to update your prescription or want to change lens brands or modality (i.e. daily or monthly), an eye exam may be required.

What is required to buy contact lenses?
If you were fitted by a doctor at our office, your prescription is already on the computer – just give us a call or email to order!
Did you see a doctor outside of our clinic? The doctor you see for your regular eye exam should provide a contact lens prescription, or in certain circumstances we can do a contact lens fitting for you with proof of a recent eye exam (glasses prescription) from elsewhere.
Since contact lenses are a regulated product, we are required by law to keep a contact lens prescription on file, so please bring a copy in if you have seen a doctor outside of our office and wish to avoid completing an eye exam here.
Can I use an outside prescription?
YES! We will accept a contact lens prescription from any eye doctor in the U.S. or Canada (and sometimes internationally – bring in your prescription and we will see what we can do).
A valid contact lens prescription must include:
- Date of exam & expiry date
- Lens parameters (brand, base curve, power)
- Doctor name & contact information
- Doctor signature
If you have a glasses prescription (i.e. your prescription does not list contact lens information), and it is recent, then we can book you for a contact lens fitting with our doctor. But a glasses prescription alone is not sufficient to dispense contact lenses.
Any format is acceptable – e-mail (PDF/image), printed copy, etc, but we must be able to retain a copy for our files.
Sorry, for legal reasons we cannot place an order using only your existing boxes, spare lenses, etc.
As contact lenses are a medical device regulated by Health Canada and the provincial health care acts, they require a prescription and we cannot make exceptions.
