For glasses purchased from our clinic, enjoy complimentary alignment, adjustment, and cleaning of your eye glasses and sunglasses, as often as necessary, for as long as you own them.
Small replacement parts (such as nosepads) are provided complimentary for 2 years.
For eyewear purchased elsewhere, there is no charge for basic adjustments and we charge a small fee to cover replacement parts (i.e. screws, nosepads, temple tips, lens liner, etc).
Consumable items such as earsocks (rubber temple tips) or other frame-specific parts (i.e. branded nose pads) will be charged a small fee as we must order parts from the frame manufacturer.

The utmost care will be taken in the handling of patients’ own frame(s), but when the frame is out of warranty or not purchased at Campus Vision, we cannot not be responsible for any damage that might occur. As frames age, the risk of breakage during adjustment increases and despite our efforts to inspect all frames before adjusting, unexpected breakage can occur.
When adjusting a frame sold by Campus Vision that is within the manufacturer warranty period, if the frame is damaged by our staff, we will replace the frame at no cost. This replacement is subject to a suitable replacement being available from the manufacturer, or reasonable substitution of alternate style/color when the current model is unavailable.
We will recommend suitable frame repair options after evaluating a damaged frame on a case-by-case basis. It is not always possible to repair a frame (at a reasonable cost) but bring the frame to us and we will make a recommendation.
